To fix your flipped image, open the Webex video settings and click on the rotate icon in the camera preview, or use Casablanca's own flip video function.
When you select the Casablanca Virtual Camera, it can sometimes happen that Webex flips your image by 90° or 180°. In this article, you will learn two ways to easily fix this issue.
In the Casablanca App
- Click the three dots in the bottom right corner to open the More settings.
- Now click Flip video to rotate your camera image by 180°.
In the Webex App
- Open Webex and go to your video settings by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom left corner.
If you are already in a call, you can simply click on the small arrow next to
Stop video to open the video settings from there.
- In the video settings, you'll find the rotate function in the top right corner of the camera preview. Click the icon until your image is correctly displayed.
- Once you're finished, click on Save at the bottom. Now you can start your video conference as usual.
