If you have problems with Casablanca, we might ask you to send us your app.log file. Those you can find under Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Casablanca/app-ort/
persistent -> app.log. If you have difficulties finding them, simply follow this step-by-step guide:
- Click on Go in the upper right corner of your desktop and then click on Go to folder.
In the window that opens, type in Macintosh HD and press return on your keyboard.
- Go to your library and click on Application Support.
- In the Casablanca folder, click on app-ort. There you will find the app.log file under persistent.
