      Whitelist Casablanca folder in antivirus program (Norton)

      The installment and execution of Casablanca may be prevented by antivirus programs. In this article you can find out how to manually whitelist the Casablanca folder in the antivirus program Norton.

      If the Casablanca installment or execution is not working, it is possible that your antivirus program is blocking the program files of Casablanca. To whitelist the Casablanca folder in Norton Antivirus/NortonLifeLock, follow this step-by-step guide.

      1. Open Norton Antivirus and go to your settings.
      2. Under Antivirus in the top pane, select Scans and Risks.
      3. In the Exlusions section, click on the configure button next to Items to Exlclude from Scans.
      4. When clicking on Add Folders, you can browse for the Casablanca folder. If not specified otherwise, you can normally find it under This PC -> OS (C:) -> Program Files -> Casablanca. 


      5. Check the little box next to Include subfolders,  click on OK and finalize your configuration by clicking on OK again.
