Free cancelation during the trial
You can cancel your Casablanca.ai subscription at any time during the free trial period before any charges apply. We’ll send you a reminder email seven days before your trial ends so you have enough time to decide. Once the first subscription fee has been charged, refunds are generally not applicable.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, one-time purchases (lifetime licenses) can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase without stating any reason (Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU). After this period, refunds are generally not applicable.
Exceptions
In rare cases, refunds may be considered if the service cannot be used as intended due to circumstances beyond your control. These include:

Unresolvable technical issue – Our Customer Support team is unable to resolve a verified technical problem within a reasonable timeframe.

Bugs introduced by an update – A new release introduces an unforeseen issue that significantly impairs the core eye-contact feature and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Our hardware requirements change – An update raises the system requirements so that hardware previously supported can no longer run Casablanca.
In these exceptional cases, you may request a full or pro-rated refund of your most recent payment.
